Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
Educates and certifies the competence and professionalism of individuals and organizations engaged in the management of real estate, serves as an advocate on issues affecting the industry, and enhances its members' professional competence so they can better identify and meet the needs of those who use their services.

National Apartment Association (NAA)
Serve the interests of multifamily owners, managers, developers and suppliers and maintains a high level of professionalism in the multifamily industry to better serve the rental housing needs of the public. Represents more than 5 million apartment homes throughout the United States.

National Association of Home Builders Multifamily
The National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Council was first established in January 1981 to serve as the voice of the multifamily industry. NAHB Multifamily represents the specific interests of builders, developers, owners, and managers of all sizes and types of condominiums and rental apartments. David Flaherty is a member of the NAHB Multifamily Leadership board.

National Multihousing Council (NMHC)
Advocates on behalf of rental housing, conducts apartment-related research, encourages the exchange of strategic business information, and promotes the desirability of apartment living.

Indiana Apartment Association
Provides continuing education, publications, and governmental affairs opportunities/representation to thousands of multifamily industry professionals in Indiana.

Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis
Over 1,000 members strong, the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis today exists so that members of the residential construction industry and related businesses can conduct their business efficiently and ethically to provide the community with reliable, safe, affordable residential construction accomplished by competent professionals in the industry.

Indiana Builders Association
The Indiana Builders Association (IBA) is a professional statewide association of over 5,900 members focusing on environmentally compatible, safe and affordable housing of all types. IBA works to educate its members, the general public, and all legislators and regulatory agencies to maintain and develop workable and affordable regulations and law that protect the rights of citizens to own a home.

Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky
Apartment Association (GCNKAA)

Promotes professional education, governmental affairs, and communication to its hundreds of members to enhance the quality of rental housing.

Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors
Provides services to Indiana commercial brokers, appraisers, property managers, consultants, developers and other specialists in commercial real estate.

Ohio Apartment Association
Provides membership services and governmental affairs opportunities/representation to thousands of multifamily industry professionals in Ohio.

Apartment Association of Michigan
Apartment Association of Michigan (AAM) was formed in 1969 to serve the needs of the multifamily housing industry throughout Michigan. Politically and legislatively AAM has a deep tradition of onging, impactful work on behalf of multifamily residential construction.

South West Suburban Home Builders Association (SSHBA)
A not-for-profit professional trade organization, affiliated with the Home Builders Association of Illinois (HBAI) and The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The SSHBA promotes high standards of professionalism and service and supports the American Dream of Home Ownership.
