Indiana Apartment Association Awards of Excellence (Prodigy Awards)
Conferred by the Indiana Apartment Association, these annual awards honor excellence in the multifamily housing industry in Indiana and throughout the Midwest.

Each year, hundreds of entries are submitted. A group of judges carefully evaluates each entry on specific criteria outlined in the Call for Entries. Not every category had a winner, even if there was an entry submitted
