Description: Anson is a new 1,700-acre mixed-used master-planned community developed by Duke Realty Corporation. At Anson, Flaherty & Collins is developing the blvd at Anson, which will include 80 luxury apartment units (one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and two-bedroom apartment lofts) in Phase I. Phase II will include one-, and two-bedroom units ranging from 795 to 1,619 square feet.

Apartments rent from $735 to $1,640 monthly in both Phases.

The L-shaped buildings include tuck-under garages for the residences. The retail/amenity space, which will include the leasing office and a fitness center, will be located in the corner of each building, and will have a four-story look, with a brick, glass, and plaster exterior. A flat roof will contribute to the buildings' "main street" feel.

Flaherty & Collins is the developer, general contractor, and property manager for the blvd at Anson project.
