Description: Great Oaks Apartments are designed for maximum independence for those with limitations associated with age. There will be 35 one-story units, 28 two bedroom and 7 one bedroom.

Amenities Include: Apartments have easy access kitchens, energy-efficient appliances,high-efficiency heating and cooling, walk-in closets, patios, and convenient parking, Outside, the grounds are designed to as barrier free as possible with paths and a common building for meeting and recreation. Great Oaks is located close to the services and amenities f the community.

At least two of the apartments will be fully wheelchair
accessible with grab bars, roll in showers, front mounted controls on the stoves, and sinks with a roll-under design.
All other apartments will be wheel chair adaptable with lever knobs, 36” doors and blocking in the walls for the
installation of grab bars (per the fair housing accessibility guidelines).
