Description: One-and two-bedroom apartment homes, two-and three-bedroom townhomes, 664 to 1074 square feet, with rents ranging from $543 to $683 monthly. Fifteen units are set aside and written referral agreements are in place for special needs residents.

Amenities Include: Learning center, children's activity center, clothes care center, planned social events, energy-efficient appliances, and ceiling fans.CAFÉ and Pathway provide comprehensive on-site services. Has ample green space for play areas and is adjacent to a junior high school.

From Tornado to Today : In 2002, Amber Woods Cooperative was hit by a tornado that destroyed many of the apartments. Flaherty & Collins Properties, the management company for the apartment community, oversaw the evacuation and eventual rebuilding of the apartments.
