Amber Woods Cooperative Apartments
This apartment community was nearly destroyed by a Spring tornado that caused tons of damage all over the city. The work on Amber Woods was funded from excess proceeds from refinance dollars and home funds received from the city of Indianapolis.

Scope of Work
Exterior:
• Replaced siding, windows, exterior door, and pool
• Street repairs, landscape upgrades, and new signage

Interior:
• Replaced carpet and tile in units, and carpet in common hallways
• Replaced kitchen and bathroom cabinets
• Replaced furnace and water heater
