Amber Woods Cooperative Apartments
This apartment community was nearly destroyed by a Spring tornado that caused tons of damage all over the city. The work on Amber Woods was funded from excess proceeds from refinance dollars and home funds received from the city of Indianapolis.
“Duane Miller, our vice president of community and asset management; and Brian Ploss, our CFO; were instrumental in pulling together all the pieces in this complicated financing and rehab project,” said Jerry Collins, President, Flaherty & Collins Properties.
