Exterior:
• New Pool
• Paint, complete asphalt resurfacing, extensive concrete repair and replacement, landscaping upgrade, and new signage throughout

Interior:
• Upgraded all common hallways
• Converted central hot water gas system to individual electric hot water units
• Renovated clubhouse, including new finishes, relocation of multiple laundry rooms to central clothes center
• Created new leasing center
• Upgraded 200 interior units, including new carpet, appliances, drywall repair, and the replacement of multiple kitchen cabinets.
